James Mandeville is a Managing Director, Client Solutions for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions Financial & Professional Services Sector. In this role, James is globally responsible for Sales and Solutions activity of exisiting business within the sector. He is focused on both retention and growth of CBRE’s relationships. James has been with CBRE for seven years. Starting in the finance organization, he has held various roles on accounts and on the platform (Finance, Transition, Commercial Management, Solutions). James is actively engaged in the Corporate Real Estate Industry through CoreNet, where he acts as the Chair of the Young Leader Committee for the ERS, as well as the Co-Chair for the New England Chapter’s University Relations Committee.
Prior to joining CBRE, James worked at EMC Corporation (now part of Dell Technologies) on the Global Real Estate and Facilities Finance Team in Hopkinton, MA.
