23rd Annual CoreNet Global - New England Chapter Golf Tournament

A portion of the Charity Sponsorship plus proceeds from Raffle Tickets and the 'Super Ticket Package' will benefit The Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston.

Drop off your Golf Clubs off at Bag Drop after parking, and proceed to registration which will be in the front driveway near the main entrance to the Clubhouse.

Breakfast, Registration + Super Ticket Package/Raffle Ticket Sales: 8:30 AM

Board Carts: 9:45 AM

Shotgun Start/Scramble Format: 10:00 AM

Drinks on the Links throughout the day

Lunch on the Course: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Reception: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Winning Raffle Tickets Selected: 4:00 PM (do not need to be present to win)

GOLF CLUBS TO RENT:

• Pinehills has a limited amount of Golf Clubs to rent out, please call Pinehills as soon as possible if you need to rent clubs - (508) 209-3000

Raffle

• We will have some great raffle items to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston.

SUPER TICKET PACKAGE - We will have a 'Super Ticket' Package for $100 available for purchase on 10/8 (sponsored by OfficeWorks) which includes:

o 20 Raffle Tickets

o 3 Mulligans

o 1 Strings Packet

o 1 Door Prize Ticket (Gift Card to Tuscan Kitchen)

o 1 Entry for the Grand Prize (2 Night Stay in Nantucket over Labor Day Weekend - Three-bedroom house, sleeps 8, car included)

We will also be selling (5) raffle tickets for $10 and (10) raffle tickets for $20.

Proceeds from the Super Ticket Package and Raffle Tickets will benefit The Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston

Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash will be accepted at registration and on the course, and will be sold until we pull the winning tickets around 4pm at the Clubhouse (you do not have to be present to collect your prize)

Lunch/Drinks

• There are locations to grab a complimentary lunch on both courses, Nicklaus and Jones

• Each golfer including clinic participants will get two complimentary drink tickets for beer, wine, or soda – please bring cash if you would like to purchase additional drinks.

Foursomes

• If you have yet to send in your foursome names and email addresses please send them ASAP to Claire Olsen, colsen@bermangrp.com

Attire

• Proper golf attire required and golf shoes are highly recommended. Unacceptable attire includes the following: tank tops, tee shirts, cut offs, blue jeans or denims, jogging clothes, sweat shirts or shirts without collars. All players must wear soft spike shoes (metal spikes are forbidden), or shoes with non-penetrating golf spikes.

Hotel

• Request the Pinehills rate at Mirbeau by calling 1-888-Mirbeau and referencing the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter Golf Tournament on 10/8 at Pinehills). There is no deadline to reserve a room, but it is based on availability so the sooner you arrange the better. The rate is $305 not including tax/hotel fees.
