Brynn is the Senior Manager of Operations + Projects at East East Creative. Brynn has experience being responsible for account management and transaction management services for her client’s global portfolios. Having worked in over 59 countries, she led and managed a diverse number of transactions including lease acquisitions, renewals, expansions, and dispositions. She worked exclusively with corporate clients, managing and overseeing large real estate portfolios, consisting of office, lab and industrial space. In addition, Brynn assisted clients with strategic account initiatives including portfolio strategy, workplace strategy, utilization studies, technology tool implementations, and account integration. She has collaborated with the consulting team to approach each account’s unique challenges by leveraging company capabilities to deliver quality solutions.
Brynn serviced an industrial corporate client with an excess of 88M SF globally at JLL. She played a key role driving the management of the portfolio, which included evaluating the client’s real estate portfolio, managing real estate transactions, and served as the point liaison with the client, district managers, legal and external team. She was involved in the strategy and planning of a major acquisition that required over 140 lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions over a two-year period.
