Zaw Latt is the Managing Director for the Boston market at INTEC Group, with over 12 years of experience in architecture and a strong commitment to inclusive leadership and design excellence. He leads with a collaborative, narrative-driven approach, working closely with stakeholders to transform abstract ideas into meaningful, impactful spaces. In his Boston leadership role, Zaw is instrumental in expanding the firm’s regional presence while championing equity-focused practices.

Zaw began his professional journey as a junior intern in the Engineering and Facilities Department at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC, where he developed an early appreciation for serving diverse communities—including veterans—through thoughtful and equitable design.

A proud member of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), Zaw is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the design profession. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University and a Doctor of Architecture from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa—two predominantly minority-serving institutions that shape his culturally grounded design perspective.
