Jessica Pernicone is an Executive Director in JLL’s Corporate Solutions group. In this role, she leads solution development for new and existing US and global clients for holistic real estate solutions, specializing in structuring large, complex multi-year outsourcing deals. Jessica has a proven track record of identifying and implementing comprehensive value added programs and solutions for facility management and real estate services with a focus on digital solutions and human experience. Jessica also serves on JLL’s Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Leadership Council.
Active in CoreNet Global, Jessica is currently co-chair of the Awards of Excellence Committee for the New England Chapter. She holds the real estate specific designation of Master of Corporate Real Estate and is a member of the SLCR / MCR program faculty, recognized twice with a Top Rated Faculty Award. Previously, she served on the CoreNet Global Board of Directors and was also a past Chair of the Global Committee for the Young Leaders Special Interests Group. She has received two CoreNet Luminary awards for CoreNet Global Summit speaking engagements and was named “Top 36 under 36” in 2013. In March of 2012, Commercial Property Executive Magazine named her a “Star to Watch.” She was also recognized as the 2013 Global Service Provider of the Year by the New England Chapter of CoreNet Global. Jessica received a BA from Brown University
