Taran Grigsby is Vice President and Global Delivery Lead for Transactions and Leasing in the Fidelity Real Estate Corporation. In this role, Taran is responsible for all of the transactional work associated with Fidelity’s global corporate real estate footprint as well as all of Fidelity’s Investor Centers. Taran works directly with all of our landlord’s and tenants around the world, including our affiliates at Pembroke Real Estate.
As a seasoned attorney and real estate professional, Taran’s unique blend of business and legal experience give him a broad point of view from which to draw as a leader and team member. Taran uses this diverse experience to inform leading his team as well as representing Fidelity in the business community. He has demonstrated extensive skills in building and leading teams, solving complex problems and establishing lasting, positive relationships.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Taran served as general counsel for several organizations in the private and public sector, where he had direct responsibility for legal, human resources and government relations activities as well as litigation management. Taran began his career at Goulston & Storrs, before moving on to JPI Apartment Development, The Mayo Group and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management.
Taran earned his bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in English, from Bowdoin College and his juris doctor degree from Cornell Law School, where he was a Note Editor on the Cornell Law Review. In addition, Taran is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Family Nurturing Center, a Massachusetts social services agency dedicated to ending childhood abuse and neglect by strengthening families.
