Adam is currently a Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Real Estate at Middlesex Savings Bank. He leads the corporate real estate organization and is responsible for site strategy, transaction management, design, construction management, facilities operations, and physical security for the corporate and retail portfolio. From 2001 to 2016, Mr. Fandrey worked in multiple operations, client service, and real estate management roles at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity, he served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps managing logistics operations in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East.
Mr. Fandrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University. He has been an active member in CoreNet New England for over twelve years. He completed the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) Certification in 2009, the Leadership 2.0 Program in 2018, and has served as the Co-Chair of the Sponsorship Committee for the New England Chapter.
