In December 2025, Sarah K. Abrams retired from her role as SVP & Head of Global Real Estate for Iron Mountain after 14 years leading a global team responsible for real estate strategy, M&A due diligence, transactions (leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, sale/leasebacks), capital project delivery, facility management and sustainability initiatives for the company’s 95MSF portfolio across ~60 countries.
Sylvia Beaulieu, Director at Cumming Group, is an accomplished Business Development Executive with more than 20 years of experience across the life sciences and construction industries. She has cultivated a strong network of relationships with key influencers and thought leaders in R&D and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Her diverse background includes collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, construction managers, and other industry professionals.
Sylvia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Notre Dame College. She has held presidential roles in several prominent industry organizations, including Women In Bio, (WIB) International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, (ISPE) and The Biotech Network. She is also Co-Founder and President of BoBB Foundation and Co-Founder of the well-known industry event Battle of the BioTech Bands. Additionally, she has served on the planning committee for Bio-Ball for the past 19 years.
She is a graduate of the CoreNet Global Leadership 2.0 Program (2024).
