Megan Punzak is an Associate at The Seyon Group, where she focuses on underwriting and analyzing potential investment opportunities, preparing investment memorandums, and coordinating the firm’s due diligence efforts. Before joining Seyon, she worked at a limited partner firm that provided equity for ground-up multifamily development projects. Megan started her career in corporate real estate at State Street, during which time she became a CoreNet member and actively participated in the CoreNet University Relations Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver.
