Laurie Boehl

Laurie Boehl is a Project Manager at PES Associates, an environmental consulting and engineering firm. For over 21 years Laurie has been assisting real estate investors, owners, and operators in making informed decisions on their real estate. Laurie’s expertise is in assessing environmental risks and liabilities and developing appropriate risk management strategies.
 
Laurie’s multifaceted role encompasses a range of responsibilities including ensuring regulatory compliance for emissions reporting, managing hazardous materials inventory reporting, designing asbestos operations and maintenance plans, and orchestrating business development initiatives. Her commitments extend to overseeing diverse long-term environmental monitoring projects, contributing to the sustainable and responsible management of environmental resources.
 
Laurie joined The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global in 2018, graduated from the Leadership 2.0 Program in 2019, and has been an active member of the Real Advantage Committee and Community Reinvestment Committee. Laurie now serves on the CoreNet Global - New England chapter Board of Directors.
 
Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marine Safety & Environmental Protection from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Laurie is an Environmental Professional (EP), WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), and an Asbestos Management Planner.
