Laura Walsh is the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience Operations at Rapid7, where she leads a global team responsible for delivering innovative, high-performing workplaces that support employee engagement, productivity, and business growth. She oversees real estate strategy, workplace experience, and service delivery, with a focus on aligning physical space with the evolving needs of a dynamic, technology-driven organization.
With a strong track record in the technology sector, Laura brings deep expertise in global portfolio management, workplace strategy, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Rapid7, she held leadership roles at Avid Technology, Akamai Technologies, and OSRAM, where she successfully led complex real estate initiatives and enhanced workplace environments to better support organizational goals.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Purdue University and serves on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global - New England Chapter. Prior to joining the board, she chaired the Young Leaders Committee and also helped launch and grow the Leadership 2.0 program.
