Ken Papetti is the Director of Transactions & Global Lease Administration for Iron Mountain. He is responsible for transaction management associated with Iron Mountain’s 650 North American facilities and oversees their lease administration function, which currently manages rents for 23 countries. Mr. Papetti has over 17 years of corporate real estate experience including roles at Fidelity Real Estate Company, JLL and Cigna prior to joining Iron Mountain in 2013.
Mr. Papetti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College. He has been an active member in CoreNet New England for over ten years, participated in the Leadership 2.0 Program in 2018 and has served on the Golf Committee for the New England Chapter.
