Cerise is Senior Vice President at CBRE Boston Consulting and Life Science Practice, co-leading its Consulting Services, advising occupiers and investors on strategic opportunities across real estate, workplace, and workforce. With over a decade of experience in corporate real estate, she approaches clients' challenges with a comprehensive understanding of real estate strategy, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness — delivering measurable business outcomes across Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage startups alike. Her industry focus spans technology, life science, creative, and financial/professional sectors, and she has successfully advised on over 60 million square feet of real estate globally.
Prior to CBRE, Cerise served as a strategy lead at Gensler's workplace consulting practice, leading large-scale HQ transformation projects recognized by CoreNet Global New England Chapter and IIDA New England for best-in-class workplace design. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis and a Master of Science in Human Environment Relations, Workplace Strategy and Real Estate from Cornell University.
Cerise is an active contributor to the CoreNet Global New England Chapter, having completed the Young Leader and Leadership 2.0 programs and served on the Education, Real Advantage, and DEI committees. She also serves on Mayor Michelle Wu's NITE Committee, contributing to efforts to revitalize downtown Boston's commercial districts. Outside of work, you can find her mentoring college students at her local church, teaching workplace strategy at her alma mater, and traveling around the world with her husband and young toddler.
