Cerise Marcela

Cerise is Senior Vice President at the CBRE Boston Consulting brokerage practice, co-leading its consulting services and assisting clients with workplace, workforce, portfolio, and lease management decisions. Cerise actively contributes to the CoreNet New England chapter, having participated in the Young Leader and Leadership 2.0 programs, and holds positions on the Education, Real Advantage, and DEI committees. Cerise started her career in design and research with formal degrees in workplace, real estate, and environmental relations from Cornell University.
 
With over a decade of experience in workplace strategy, Cerise approaches clients’ challenges with a comprehensive understanding of real estate strategy, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness that results in successful business outcomes. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to startups, primarily within the technology, life science, creative, and financial/professional industries. Cerise has successfully advised on over 50 million square feet of real estate leases globally. Outside of work, you can find her mentoring college students at her local church, providing career sessions to young professionals, and exploring new destinations alongside her husband, Alfred.
