Andrew Feibelman is a Vice President in JLL’s New England Project & Development Services division, where he helps drive the overall market strategy, business development, communications, client service, and relationship management, as well as providing focused strategic direction for our northeast marketplace. Andrew pursues new business opportunities, maintains strong relationships, and provides attentive client service to all JLL clients, partners, and team members. His innovative approaches have significantly enhanced JLL's presence and service delivery in the northeast marketplace, driving growth and client satisfaction. With over two decades of experience in real estate and project management, Andrew continues to drive innovation and excellence at JLL. His forward-thinking leadership and commitment to client success position him as a valuable asset in shaping the future of the industry.
Prior to joining JLL in 2016, Andrew cut his teeth in the real estate project management world as the Director of Business Development at Fox RPM Corp. (and BRG), one of the largest workplace services, project and relocation management firms in the country where he led the sales and marketing efforts for New England. And prior to that, he honed his skills in client relations and technical sales as an Account Manager for Graybar, a Fortune 500 solution provider of IT, electrical, and security solutions.
In addition to joining the CoreNet Global – New England Chapter Board of Directors, Andrew is the director of the Membership and Sponsorship committees, and a previous Young Leader in the organization. His dedication to the organization was recognized with his induction into the CoreNet Global – New England Chapter Volunteer Hall of Fame at the 2024 New England Chapter Awards of Excellence. He is also deeply involved with the American Cancer Society's Cancer Action Network, advocating for cancer research and patient support. Previously, Andrew has held memberships in the CBA, IFMA, ISPE, Kendall Square Association, and NAIOP, contributing to various industry initiatives.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management, complemented by a minor in Film Studies. When Andrew isn’t helping clients solve their real estate project challenges, he enjoys chasing the little white ball around the golf course and spending quality family time with his wife Elaine, daughter Harlyn, and son Jaxton in Brookline, Massachusetts (or the beach in Rhode Island).
