Alison McCormack is Vice President of Strategy & Insights at Liberty Mutual Insurance's Real Estate organization. With over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, Alison has been instrumental in developing workplace strategies, conducting transformative portfolio analyses, and designing processes that deliver effective solutions for a Fortune 100 organization. Her expertise encompasses program and project management, financial planning, organizational design, reporting and analysis, communications, and change management.
In her current role, Alison leads a team focused on the design and execution of workplace experience initiatives, portfolio strategy and forecasting, and cross-functional alignment and decision-making. Prior to this, she previously held multiple leadership roles throughout corporate services, including serving as AVP - Strategic Project Management Services, where her team led cross-enterprise initiatives and strategic planning for the HR organization.
Originally from Ireland, Alison graduated with honors from the National University of Ireland, earning a B. A. in English and Sociology & Politics, followed by a B.B. in Marketing from GMIT, before immigrating to the USA and discovering a career in corporate real estate. She has been a dedicated member of the CoreNet Global — New England Chapter for over 20 years and is a current member of the Real Advantage Committee, committed to promoting learning and engagement among corporate partners and thought leaders within the industry.
