Alan Kocher is a Global Real Estate Program Delivery Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) specializing in corporate real estate strategy and execution. He leads the end-to-end delivery of office projects across North America, driving lease strategy development and ensuring seamless implementation from kickoff through occupancy. Alan excels at coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and global vendors to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-performing, strategically aligned workplaces.
Before joining BCG, Alan was embedded on the global real estate team of one of the world’s largest asset management institutions while at JLL, where he led major capital projects and global real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, he held roles with leading construction management firms in estimating and preconstruction, helping deliver large-scale ground-up and interior projects across multiple sectors.
An active member of the CoreNet Global community, Alan previously served in the Philadelphia Chapter as Co-Chair of the University Relations Committee and as a Chapter Board Member. In the New England Chapter, he has contributed to the Education and University Relations Committees and was part of the 2025 cohort of the Young Leaders Professional Development Program. Alan holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Philadelphia University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Alan enjoys working out, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his dog, family, and friends.
