As Director of Marketing for Chapman Construction/Design Michele drives the company’s marketing and business development initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of areas, including overseeing job pursuits, content creation, public relations, corporate giving, and employee relations. Michele also contributes to Chapman’s DEI, Hiring and Sustainability groups. Her diverse skill set allows her to develop effective marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Beyond her role within the company, Michele actively engages with professional organizations and industry associations to broaden her knowledge and network. An active member of the CoreNet Global New England, Michele serves as Co-Chair of the Communications Committee and is the Education Committee’s Communications Liaison. Additionally, she is a Graduate of the Chapter’s Leadership 2.0 Program. Michele is a former Board of Directors Member for both SMPS Boston and The Massachusetts Building Congress.
