Recently retired from Liberty Mutual, where he was the Assistant Vice President and Director of Transactions, Kevin was responsible for the leased portfolio of 500 offices and 5 million square feet of office and retail locations.
Kevin worked with senior management in developing strategic plans for space acquisition and disposition – both domestically and internationally. He selected and managed tenant representatives, maintained standards for lease negotiations and provided creative real estate solutions to meet the needs of multiple business units. He led all large and complex international requirements and was an active leader in the Corporate Emergency Response Team. He was also responsible for all real estate due-diligence for business acquisitions and he led all property purchases and sales.
Kevin was especially proactive in the hiring and mentoring of student interns with diverse backgrounds.
Kevin received his BA in Business & Economics from St. Anselm College, and the MCR from CoreNet Global. He recently served on our Board of Directors and as Board Secretary and currently serves on the Advisory Council. He is an instructor on Lease Negotiations for the Young Leaders program and is a guest lecturer at the MIT Center for Real Estate.
