Elizabeth (Beth) Eromin first became involved with The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global through the 2022 George M. Conti Young Professionals Leadership Development Program, an experience that deepened her connection to the area's real estate community. She has since joined the Real Advantage Committee and is excited to now serve on the Board of Directors, bringing the perspective of a corporate end‑user to help strengthen collaboration across the occupier and service‑provider network.
Elizabeth is Lead (Vice President), Transactions & Leasing at Fidelity Investments' in-house real estate team, where she drives strategy discussions and executes resulting transactions for the firm’s global leased office portfolio and domestic U.S. retail network. She oversees portfolio‑wide lease reporting, guides interdisciplinary teams in shaping strategy recommendations, and leads and oversees negotiations for Fidelity’s complex real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Elizabeth served as Deputy General Counsel for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management, advising on and drafting design and construction contracts for major capital projects, statewide procurement, and real estate transactions.
