EVENT DESCRIPTION

We’re all familiar with – or have used – popular sharing services such as Zipcar, Airbnb and Uber. Now, this “sharing” or “on-demand” model is coming to commercial real estate in a variety of forms. In this session, we’ll discuss the new technology applications that use this approach to unlock value in real estate by increasing utilization rates, optimizing occupancy and decreasing market friction. This lively discussion with industry innovators will provide a better understanding of how the sharing economy is poised to dramatically alter real estate markets, and what it may mean for your company.

SPEAKERS

He is responsible for growing PivotDesk’s network of brokers and landlord partners and also heads up the PivotDesk Boston operations.
