Richard Bettina is a Director of the Real Estate Lease Renewals group of Fresenius Health Care North America, responsible for managing a 24M SF portfolio. He manages teams transacting >370 lease deals across 2.5M s/f annually for site renewals, expansions and dispositions. He is also responsible for the portfolio management of all corporate offices, including utilization studies and workplace redesign. Rich is a board member of CoreNet New England, as well as a co-chair of the Chapter’s Real Advantage committee. He is a former Director of Dell-EMC’s Global RE &Facilities group, responsible for directing and managing all operations across Mexico, Puerto Rico and Latin America with field offices, labs and an R&D center. He developed a contracted workforce infrastructure of 100 employees to provide total RE&F services coverage throughout LATAM. Prior to joining EMC he worked at Teradyne for 10 years, and previously to that, IBM for 15 years, managing various functional organizations in operations, sales and engineering in the U.S. and Asia Pacific regions. He holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.
