Young Leader Leadership Development Program

 

 

Developed by New England Chapter Board Members, the Leadership Development Program was launched in 2015. The program consists of a series of educational, personal, and professional development sessions throughout the year, which are led by top Real Estate Executives and a professional career coach.

After the third successful year of our Young Leader Leadership Program, we are now accepting applications for the 2018 Program!

This one-year program brings together a maximum of 12 young professionals who spend the year together on a journey of personal and professional enrichment.  The Program leverages senior members of the CRE community as faculty as well as outside professionals in the area of professional development.  It focuses on elevating young professionals’ understanding of the various disciplines that make up the corporate real estate field and, through personal one-on-one coaching, allows the young leader to better understand his/her strengths and areas for improvement as well as how to enhance their personal brand and leadership skills. 

At the end of the program, the class will “graduate” at our annual Awards of Excellence dinner in November 2017.

YL2018 Young Leadership Application


Applications must be submitted to debbiez@corenetglobalne.com by no later than Wednesday, November 29 by 5:00 pm – no exceptions.  Applicants must be a member of CoreNet Global at the time the application is submitted and throughout the term of the course.  Other requirements and details can be found on the application itself.  Successful applicants will be notified by December 20 of their selection and will be required to attend a mandatory kick off lunch on January 4 from noon-2:00 as well as a group coaching session from 8:00-11:00 on January 25. 

The cost of this program is $1,300.00 and applicants are required to be sponsored by the firms for which they work.
